The adult PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screening tools calculate results within your browser. Your selections and score are not sent to MY Psychology KK, saved in a database or linked to your identity. Refreshing or leaving the page clears your answers.

This website does not contain an appointment form. If you choose WhatsApp, telephone or email, your message is handled through that service and according to its privacy terms. Share only the information needed for us to respond; detailed clinical information can be discussed through an appropriate professional channel.

Website operation

The current website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Basic technical information may still be processed by the hosting and network services needed to deliver and secure the website.

Clinical records

Client enquiries, consent documents and clinical records are handled separately from this public website in accordance with applicable professional, legal and operational requirements.
