Programme catalogue
Start with the challenge your people are facing.
Six workplace programmes connect everyday organisational concerns with practical learning. Content, depth, duration and activities are agreed in your proposal; not every activity is included in every workshop.
01 / Employees feel overwhelmed
Preventing Burnout and Building Resilience at Work
Recognise stress patterns and explore practical changes at both individual and workplace levels.
Best suited to: Employees, teams and people managers
Participants will explore how to
Recognise common signs of stress and burnout.
Practise coping skills and identify helpful boundaries.
Identify workload, support and work-design issues to discuss with the organisation.
Example activities
Stress management, thought defusion, guided reflection and a practical action plan.
Crisis and psychological first aid workshops build knowledge and skills. They do not qualify participants as clinicians, replace emergency procedures or provide a 24-hour response service. Participation does not require anyone to disclose or retell a distressing personal experience.
Select relevant activities with our team to shape a workshop around your audience and goals.
Guided Mental Health Screening (Depression and Anxiety)
An optional, guided opportunity to understand screening questions and possible next steps. Screening is not a diagnosis or an assessment of fitness for work.
True Colour Personality Test
A facilitated reflection on personal and communication preferences. Used for discussion—not diagnosis, recruitment, performance ratings or fixed labels about people.
Thought Defusion Techniques
Experiential exercises in noticing thoughts as thoughts and creating space to choose a helpful response.
Active Listening Skills
Practice in listening, reflecting, asking helpful questions and responding without rushing to judge or fix.
Communication Styles with Different Generational Preferences
Explore preferences across age groups while recognising individual differences and avoiding generational stereotypes.
Psychological First Aid
Scenario-based practice in humane, supportive and practical assistance, including knowing when to connect someone to further help.
Stress Management
Explore stress signals, coping strategies, boundaries and sources of support, alongside workplace factors that need organisational attention.
Privacy comes before participation.
Guided screening should be voluntary, with no requirement to share scores or personal experiences in the group. Consent, follow-up pathways and any reporting arrangements are agreed before delivery. Please do not send employee names, screening results or medical reports with an initial programme enquiry.

Experience across Sabah
Trusted by workplaces and communities.
Our team has delivered full-day workshops and community talks for organisations including McCorry Malaysia, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Sabah Air Aviation, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, schools and community centres.
Feedback in our workshop portfolio describes interactive activities, clear explanations and approachable facilitators. Participants also describe learning about stress, communication and self-care.
These are qualitative participant experiences, not measured organisational outcomes or a promise of individual results. We have not republished reviewers’ names or personal accounts here.

Programme-specific HRD Corp eligibility and required documentation
For an EAP or panel-care arrangement, the proposal should also specify who is eligible, how employees access appointments, funding or session limits, service hours, confidentiality boundaries, billing and any reporting. These are agreed arrangements—not automatic inclusions in a workshop.
Clear expectations help both your organisation and your employees.
Can we combine topics or tailor the workshop?
Yes. Discuss your audience, objectives and workplace context with our team. Selected topics and activities can be combined where appropriate; the final scope, duration and fees are set out in your proposal.
Are all programmes HRD Corp claimable?
Claimability is confirmed for each eligible training programme and remains subject to the applicable HRD Corp requirements and approval. Trainer accreditation alone does not mean every workshop, EAP arrangement or clinical appointment is claimable.
Does the PRisMA workshop include a workplace risk assessment?
The programme listed here is an introduction to DOSH’s PRisMA 2024 Guidelines. It is not PTP certification, a completed psychosocial risk assessment or a guarantee of compliance. Contact us to discuss whether a separately scoped service is appropriate.
Will employees need to disclose personal mental health information?
Workshops are educational, not group therapy. Personal disclosure is not required. Any guided screening is optional and non-diagnostic. Individual care, consent and any employer reporting arrangements must be clearly agreed separately.
What is the difference between a workshop, EAP and panel care?
A workshop is a defined learning engagement. An EAP is an agreed organisational support programme whose components and access arrangements are specified in a proposal. Panel care concerns arrangements for individual appointments. One does not automatically include the others.
How much does a workplace programme cost?
Fees depend on the agreed duration, group size, delivery format, location, facilitator and scope. Share your brief for a tailored quotation with clear inclusions and exclusions.
Can you deliver online or in different languages?
Face-to-face and online delivery are available. Let us know your preferred language, location and date so we can confirm a suitable facilitator and arrangement.
