Your WHO-5 result
Higher scores indicate better mental wellbeing. This score is not a diagnosis, a percentage chance of illness, or a judgement about you. A higher score does not rule out a mental health condition.
The WHO publication suggests further assessment when the raw score is below 13 (equivalent to a score below 50 on the 0–100 scale). Your circumstances and daily functioning matter too.
Support is available when you need it.
If you feel concerned, or things are affecting your daily life, consider speaking with a qualified mental health professional. You can ask our team about suitable support, or speak with another provider of your choice.
